Registrations are on a first-come, first serve basis. Please complete one registration form for each camper, and or each worker/sponsor, and make a copy of the front and back of your insurance card. Send your registration form and a copy of your medical insurance card with the FULL payment to Daybreak Camp or REGISTER ONLINE. Only space available will be filled after the deadline dates. All checks should be made out to Daybreak Camp. Register by August 24, 2012 pay TBD after pay TBD. All workers and sponsors pay $85.00. Check this web site after August 31, 2012 for availability.
