2008 Rates

Minimum summer rates (June 15-August 15) are 100 persons per night for a total of $1700 per night. If you have LESS than 100 you will be charged the minimum rate. If you have MORE than 100 persons, you will be charged per person at the $17.00 rate.

Spring and fall weekend rates (March-June 14 and August 16 to November 18) are for a 50 person minimum or a total per night of $850. If you have LESS 50 persons you will be charged at $850 per night. If you have MORE than 50 persons you will be charged per person rate of $17.00.

Nightly rate, day rate, deposit policy not negotiable.
