Cleaning

Asking the guest groups to clean during their stay and upon departure allows Daybreak to keep costs easonable. Please assure that the facility is cleaned as instructed in the camp closing instructions. We have many camps that occur back to back. There is not time to clean the facility. Please leave the facility clean for the next group.

Return the Directors notebook and Keys

(directors keys and 2 rest room keys) Return these to the Daybreak office.

Return of Support Equipment

Return all of the sports equipment to the sports shed. Double check the camp grounds for left out balls, bats, gloves, etc and return to the sports shed. You will be charged for any missing or damaged equipment.

Payment

Your bill will be calculated from the roster forms along with any missing or damaged equipment or facilities charges. Payment is expected in full by check or cash before departure.

Check Out

Check out time is 12:00 PM of the day of departure. Please assure that all departure requirements (cleaning, checking for lost and found, getting your supplies) are met and the camp is vacated by this time.
